Why can't I just facilitate my own meetings?
You can, and you probably do. But when you’re facilitating, you can’t fully participate. You’re watching the clock, managing dynamics, and trying to stay neutral. A skilled facilitator lets you be fully present as a leader and contributor.
Do you work with any particular operating system?
I’m fluent in several operating systems and frameworks including EOS-style systems, Lean, Agile, and others. But I don’t push a single methodology. I adapt to whatever system you’re using or help you develop something that fits your business.
What do you need from us before a facilitated session?
I’ll work with you to understand your goals, gather relevant information, and design an agenda that serves your needs. Some sessions require pre-work from participants; others don’t. We’ll figure that out together.
How much does facilitation cost?
