I’m a business coach, facilitator, and founder of BUILD My Business Masterminds. Before Maple Creek Coaching, I owned and eventually sold a construction company. so I understand the pressure, risk, and responsibility that come with leading a business.
Today, I help entrepreneurs and leadership teams build healthier, more scalable companies using practical systems, honest conversations, and a lot of empathy.
